New Trustees sought at Rumbletums
Rumbletums Café is a thriving local Charity in the heart of Kimberley. We
offer job training and work experience in our café to young people with a
learning disability. Those who train with us develop their communication
skills, confidence, literacy and numeracy, and a range of life-skills,
through our individualised training programme. We see young people
becoming part of the community, engaging with work and thriving in society.
We are seeking up to three new Trustees to bring their skills and
experience to our organisation. We are particularly interested in
individuals with a knowledge of young people with a learning disability
and an understanding of the range of issues they may face; recent
experience of developing or managing catering services; experience of
marketing and fundraising.
We would love to hear from you if
• you care about young people with a learning disability becoming the
best they can be
• are passionate about your local community
• are able to bring your skills and experience with a commitment to
making Rumbletums a well run charity in all areas
